Policies and Procedures
Enrollment is determined on a first-come-first-served basis. Enrollment is limited, but every effort will be made to accommodate your needs. Note that all scheduling is contingent upon sufficient enrollment and that more classes will be scheduled if there is sufficient over-enrollment.

Tuition is due before the first day of classes. (There is a $25 late registration fee.) Starting with the second class of the term, no refunds will be made. If you wish to drop a course after the first class, a refund will be issued, minus applicable tuition for the first lesson. (Please note that there will be a $30 penalty fee for bounced checks.)

Students enrolled in private or semi-private instruction must give 24 hours' notice of any cancellations of lessons. However, these students may reschedule lessons without loss of instructional time. (Lessons must be completed within 6 months of the starting date.) 

There are no make-up lessons for students enrolled in group classes.

Adult Language Classes
Group classes (3-6 students; 14 weeks; 28 contact hrs): $560
Semi-private lessons (2 students; 12 hours min.): $35 per hour
Private instruction (12 hours min.): $65 per hour

Adult Piano Classes
45-minute private lessons (6 hours min.): $57 per lesson
60-minute private lessons (6 hours min.): $75 per lesson

Kids Language Classes
Group classes (3-6 students; 14 weeks; 21 contact hrs): $525
Semi-private lessons (2 students; 12 hours min.): $35 per hour
Private instruction (12 hours min.): $65 per hour

Kids Piano Classes (ages 2 and up)
30-minute private lessons (6 hours min.): $40 per lesson
45-minute private lessons (6 hours min.): $57 per lesson
60-minute private lessons (6 hours min.): $75 per lesson
